It has a crest of what appears to be the Olympic Torch with another small inscription of 29-XI-1943. It has the # 50 on the front and what appears to be NAPA. What is this, and is it worth anything? Your help would be greatly appreciated as you really know your stuff!
The Federal People’s Republic of Yugoslavia existed from 1946-1963. The denomination is 50 Para which is expressed in the Cyrillic alphabet (spelled the same as the Greek Pi-Alpha-Rho-Alpha). This coin has a torch and an Independence date but this is the heraldic symbol of Yugoslavia not an Olympic torch. The 50 Para minted in this era with the legend you described was made only in 1953. (100 Para=1 Dinar). Note that Yugoslavia uses both the Latin and Cyrillic alphabet.
