Grading isn’t based on bag marks alone. Original luster and where the bag marks are (how evident they are to the observer) come into play to determine the grade. Usually, bag marks on the devices are worse than if in the fields. An MS65 should have no distracting bag marks, but might have a few nicks here and there.
